A Dynamic Instructor

I am a mom of two teenagers, bringing 20 years of experience in the business world where I’ve held various management positions in large multinationals. Beyond my professional life, I have always been actively engaged: I spent 15 years as a competitive figure skater and explored various sports throughout my life. Currently, my main pursuits include pilates, yoga, road cycling, and winter snowboarding. Movement is truly my passion!

My journey with pilates began after the birth of my son. My goal was to regain strength, particularly in my core muscles, and rediscover my pre-pregnancy shape. I sought a sport that would help me develop strong, elongated muscles. Through years of practice, pilates not only relieved the tensions caused by the stress of my career but also improved my posture significantly. I discovered the profound mind-body connection that pilates enthusiasts often speak of, finding solace in focusing solely on muscles and exercises during each session—a welcome respite from life’s daily demands.

After a decade of dedicated practice, I decided to merge my business acumen with my passion for pilates. As a result, I am now a pilates instructor trained in the Merrithew® STOTT PILATES® reformer technique.
